Main St. Provisions, a celebrated restaurant in the Las Vegas Arts District, is set to commemorate its fifth anniversary this December with a series of exclusive dining experiences. The restaurant will offer special menus for the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo (NFR), Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve, showcasing its refined comfort cuisine and community spirit.

Exclusive Menus for Special Occasions
During the upcoming Wrangler National Finals Rodeo, guests can indulge in a sumptuous 18 oz Creekstone Ribeye served with confit marble potatoes and a Pendleton Whisky black peppercorn sauce. This dish exemplifies the restaurant’s commitment to high-quality ingredients and culinary excellence.
On Christmas Eve, diners will be treated to a delightful French Onion Soup with puff pastry as a starter, followed by a 14 oz Prime Rib accompanied by au jus and horseradish crème fraîche. The meal will be complemented by Creamed Spinach topped with a poached egg, providing a festive touch to the dining experience.
As the year comes to a close, Main St. Provisions will present a lavish holiday menu for New Year’s Eve. The celebration begins with a Warm Shellfish Platter, featuring an herb butter–crusted lobster tail, poached shrimp, crab meat au gratin, and French bread crostini. The main course will feature an Applewood Smoked Bacon–Wrapped 10 oz Filet Mignon, served with truffle whipped potatoes and a decadent Lobster Mac & Cheese as the evening’s signature side.
