The game was a rollercoaster, with Parkland initially trailing before a decisive second quarter shift. Beck stated, “I felt really good today… Anyone can score on our team,” highlighting the team’s depth and unity.

Parkland’s performance in the third quarter was instrumental, outscoring Central Catholic and forcing them to play catch-up. Ruisch added 16 points, showcasing his shooting skills with four 3-pointers.

Central Catholic, now 8-4 overall and 3-1 in the EPC, initially took the lead but struggled with their shooting in the second half, going 4-for-15 in the decisive third quarter.
