Jean A. Bergman, aged 84, passed away on December 16, 2025, in Florida after a brief battle with cancer. Originally from Inver Grove Heights, she is remembered fondly by her family, including children Ken (Lisa Blee) Bergman and Jeff (Jenny) Bergman, as well as her brother-in-law Ron (Leslie) Bergman of Washington and sister-in-law Judy (Andy) Weber of North Carolina.
Her legacy extends to her grandchildren, Corey (Maddie), Tess (William), Max (Peyton), Devin, and Sophia, along with her great-grandchild Callen and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Jean was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Bergman, her parents, Gilbert and Leota Mannor, and her siblings, Jack and Richard Mannor, and sister-in-law Joyce Mannor.
A Life of Service and Creativity
Jean grew up in Acme, Michigan, and pursued her education at Michigan State University. Throughout her career, she worked in administration across various sectors, with a significant tenure at the Inver Grove Heights Police Department.
Her passion for family was matched only by her enthusiasm for golf and numerous arts and crafts projects. Jean often shared her creations with family and donated them to charitable organizations, reflecting her generous spirit. Her family will remember her not just for these hobbies but for the deep love she had for each of them.

In accordance with her wishes, no formal services will be held. The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, honoring Jean’s commitment to supporting cancer research and assistance.
