The Commercial Alliance Las Vegas (CALV) is set to host an important educational class on March 26, 2024, aimed at enhancing the communication skills of local real estate professionals. The session will take place from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Las Vegas REALTORS® building, located at 6360 S. Rainbow Blvd.
Led by Dianne Simmons, a member of CALV and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), the course focuses on mastering communication within the realm of commercial real estate. Participants will explore a blend of technical knowledge, emotional intelligence, and effective negotiation strategies essential for success in the industry.
Continuing Education for Real Estate Professionals
The class is structured to meet the needs of commercial real estate professionals seeking to fulfill their continuing education requirements. Attendees who complete the course will receive three hours of general credits applicable toward renewing their Nevada real estate license.
