The Borough will operate daily, offering lunch and dinner from 11 AM to 11 PM Sunday through Thursday, with extended hours on weekends until 12 AM on Fridays and Saturdays. A new brunch menu is set to launch in just a few weeks, starting at 10 AM on weekends.
