Las Vegas-based brokerage Huntington & Ellis, A Real Estate Agency, has successfully raised more than $14,000 in the span of just one month to support two local charities: the Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth (NPHY) and Kindness Conquers. This initiative is part of the agency’s ongoing commitment to community service, which has gained momentum through various fundraising events.
To foster community engagement, Huntington & Ellis organized two significant events: a happy hour at Frankie’s Uptown, which benefited Kindness Conquers, and a putt-putt golf tournament at Angel Park Golf Club, supporting NPHY. These gatherings attracted not only agents and teams from Huntington & Ellis but also local community members, all coming together to make a positive impact.
Craig Tann, broker and owner of Huntington & Ellis, emphasized the agency’s ethos, stating, “For us, community impact has always been about more than real estate. It’s about showing up for our neighbors and investing in meaningful change.” Tann highlighted the importance of supporting organizations that uplift local youth, reinforcing the agency’s dedication to social responsibility.
The happy hour event alone raised $7,073, bolstered by a $5,000 company match, totaling $12,073 for Kindness Conquers. This organization focuses on enhancing the emotional well-being of children affected by cancer. Meanwhile, the putt-putt tournament generated an additional $2,303, with all proceeds directed to NPHY, which provides essential services to homeless youth across the Las Vegas Valley.
This fundraising achievement marks a significant stride toward the brokerage’s ambitious charitable giving goal of $100,000 for 2025, through a series of community-focused initiatives. Tann remarked, “This milestone reflects the heart of who we are as a company. Community is at the core of everything we do, and supporting those who support us has become a defining part of our culture.”
In addition to its recent fundraising efforts, Huntington & Ellis contributed over $80,000 to the community in 2024. This included various initiatives such as clothing and food drives, alongside volunteer work and partnerships with organizations like NPHY, Three Square, and the Las Vegas Rescue Mission.
