URGENT UPDATE: A 63-year-old man from Antioch is in critical condition after being struck by a vehicle on Friday night, October 20, 2023. The collision occurred around 7:15 PM at the on-ramp to eastbound Highway 4 and Hillcrest Avenue, according to the Antioch Police Department.
