UPDATE: Golden State Valkyries point guard Veronica Burton is set to make her debut at the USA Basketball senior national team camp next month at Duke University. Burton, who recently earned recognition as the WNBA’s Most Improved Player and secured a spot on the All-Defensive Team, will join fellow newcomers, Cameron Brink and Kiki Iriafen, both former Stanford stars. Caitlin Clark, an All-Star for the Indiana Fever, is returning to the camp after missing the latter part of the WNBA season due to a groin injury. Despite previous invites during her college career at Iowa, the timing was never right until now.
