CBRE Group, Inc. has appointed Patrick McGrath as the new Executive Managing Director for its South Bay office. In his new role, McGrath will oversee all aspects of the South Bay market, focusing on building high-performing teams and integrating technology into commercial real estate operations. He previously held the position of Chief Information Officer and President of the West Region at Savills North America. There, he modernized the advisory model through data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.
