Joe Manganiello and Caitlin O’Connor Relocate to Pittsburgh

Joe Manganiello and his fiancée, Caitlin O’Connor, have officially relocated from Los Angeles to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The couple is trading the warm Hollywood climate for the wintery backdrop of their hometown. This move coincides with the recent cancellation of Manganiello’s game show, Deal or No Deal Island, by NBC, although O’Connor confirmed that the decision to move had been in the works for some time.

In a recent interview, O’Connor shared details about their new life in Mount Lebanon, a suburb of Pittsburgh. She described the area as “picture-perfect” and expressed her appreciation for the beauty and safety of the neighborhood. “I’ve never been in a more beautiful neighborhood in Pittsburgh. It’s just idyllic,” O’Connor said, highlighting their mutual connection to the city. Both she and Manganiello have roots in Pittsburgh, with O’Connor being raised there despite her Los Angeles birthplace.

The couple’s transition from the bustling city of Los Angeles to a quieter suburban lifestyle has not been without its adjustments. They are now acclimatizing to the colder weather typical of Pennsylvania winters. O’Connor humorously recalled watching Manganiello shovel snow for over two hours, remarking, “It was the hottest thing I’ve ever seen.”

Despite their departure from Los Angeles, O’Connor noted that they plan to travel back and forth for work commitments. The couple is also preparing for the holiday season, with plans for a significant family celebration in Pittsburgh. They intend to invite their parents and friends for a festive Christmas gathering, marking a new chapter in their lives together.

This relocation reflects a return to their roots for Manganiello and O’Connor, who have each spent over two decades in Los Angeles. Their move signifies not just a change of scenery but a reconnection with their shared heritage as they embark on this new journey in Pittsburgh.
