Khalid Announces 2026 Tour with Austin Stop on June 19

The acclaimed R&B artist Khalid is set to bring his music back to Austin as part of his 2026 It’s Always Summer Somewhere Tour. The tour will feature a performance at the Moody Amphitheater at Waterloo Park on June 19, 2026. This marks an exciting return for fans, as Khalid embarks on a 25-date journey that begins in Las Vegas, Nevada, in May and concludes in Berkeley, California, in June.

Khalid’s tour includes other notable Texas stops, with concerts scheduled in Irving on June 17 and Houston on June 18. Interestingly, he will not be performing in El Paso, his adopted hometown where he launched his music career after moving there during his teenage years.

The 27-year-old musician first gained recognition as a teenager on SoundCloud, leading to collaborations with prominent artists and the release of his critically acclaimed album, American Teen. Since then, Khalid has collaborated with names such as Marshmello, Billie Eilish, Halsey, and Normani. He has released a total of four albums, including his latest, After the Sun Goes Down, which debuted in 2025.

Khalid’s impressive accolades include over 20 awards, with highlights such as five wins at the Billboard Music Awards in 2020 and the title of Best New Artist at the 2017 MTV Video Music Awards. He has also received six nominations for Grammy Awards, reflecting his significant impact on the music industry.

Joining Khalid on the tour will be pop singer Lauv, known for his breakout hit “I Like Me Better.” The collaboration promises to enhance the concert experience for fans across all tour locations.

Tickets are available now through an artist pre-sale, with general sales starting on December 12, 2025, at 10:00 AM via khalidofficial.com. Fans are encouraged to secure their tickets early, as Khalid’s shows are expected to draw large crowds.
