Lumos Aesthetics and Wellness opened its doors in April 2023, aiming to provide the community of The Woodlands with a fresh approach to beauty that prioritizes health and natural aesthetics. The founder, Madison Feanny Benoit, emphasizes a commitment to enhancing individuals’ natural beauty while fostering a healthier beauty standard for young girls and women.
“Our mission is about enhancing people’s natural beauty and providing a healthier beauty standard,” Feanny Benoit explained. “We want to focus on enhancing people’s God-given beauty.” The name “Lumos,” derived from the Latin word for “light,” reflects the center’s purpose of promoting confidence and well-being among its clients.
Health-Conscious Beauty Services
Lumos Aesthetics and Wellness offers a wide range of beauty and wellness services, including facials, microneedling, and advanced treatments like LED light therapy and Botox. Feanny Benoit noted that the establishment integrates wellness with beauty, believing that the two aspects complement each other.
“I think people are ready for a change,” she said. “As a society, we are gravitating back towards that natural vibe, with a few tweaks.” She emphasized that health and wellness are fundamental, stating, “When you’re healthy on the inside, it reflects on the outside.”
The center aims to inspire clients to let their inner light shine. “We want our clients’ light to radiate outward into their world,” Feanny Benoit remarked. “When people feel their best, that confidence radiates, encouraging them to give back to the community.”
Community Commitment through Philanthropy
Lumos Aesthetics and Wellness is not only focused on beauty but also on social responsibility. Feanny Benoit revealed that a portion of the profits is donated to World Vision, an organization dedicated to helping vulnerable children overcome poverty. This commitment has been a family tradition for over 20 years.
Additionally, Lumos contributes to different local charities each quarter. Recent beneficiaries include Inspiration Ranch, Child Advocates of Montgomery County, and Cassidy Joined for Hope, a suicide prevention organization. “It’s important for us to give back to the community that supports us,” Feanny Benoit stated.
The establishment, located at 8000 McBeth Way, Ste. 190, The Woodlands, aims to create a welcoming environment for all clients, encouraging them to embrace their natural beauty while supporting meaningful causes. For more information, visit their website at www.lumosmedspa.com.
