The 72nd annual Boyertown Halloween Parade captivated attendees on October 18, 2025, as it welcomed a large crowd to the streets of Boyertown. Organized by the Boyertown Area Historical Society, this long-standing tradition, which began in 1912, showcased a vibrant display of floats, costumes, and performances from various local businesses and organizations.
Parade chairperson Adriane Zapien expressed enthusiasm about this year’s event, stating, “This was a great year. We even added the Get’z Steam Calliope to end the parade.” The addition of the calliope contributed to the festive atmosphere, enhancing the experience for participants and spectators alike.
Awards were presented to outstanding entries across multiple categories, recognizing creativity and performance. The competition for the Best Float category featured impressive designs. The top three winners included:

In the Best Group Performance category, Studios on Main took home first place for their entry themed around “Avatar.” Other notable performances included:

The Most Creative Costume or Theme award was won by Laurie Bossler for her portrayal of the Boyertown Granny Club. The top three in this category were:

The Best Marching Unit category featured impressive performances from local schools and organizations. The top three included:

In recognition of community involvement, Sacks and Sons secured first place in the Best Represented Business or Organization category with their float, “The Great Pumpkin.” Other winners included:
