27-Year-Old Elizabeth Draper Dies in Delaware Car Crash

UPDATE: A tragic car crash in Delaware has claimed the life of 27-year-old Elizabeth Draper. The Frederica resident lost control of her vehicle on March 12 while navigating a curve on Carpenter Bridge Road, just east of Jackson Ditch Road, near Harrington.
