URGENT UPDATE: Former East Grand Forks teacher John Kinzler has been ordered to stand trial on multiple counts of criminal sexual conduct, according to Polk County Court officials. In a ruling made today, Polk County District Judge Russell Anderson confirmed that Kinzler, aged 30, will face nine counts of second-degree and nine counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct.
